Good pay rates, nice work culture. A good place to learn for people looking for jobs with a financial background or management roles.
As a software developer, the work I do here is not satisfying. My colleagues working here as developers feel the same.
Please do not recruit contractors if you do not have visibility for the amount of time committed to contractors while hiring.
