A very solid software development process
Very reasonable expectations and a solid agile software development process make it an enjoyable experience to work in software development. Requirements are clear and well thought out. Co-workers are friendly, and the facilities (cafeteria and gym) are very good.
Fidelity tends to move groups around quite a bit, from building to building or sometimes city to city. If you have a family rooted in a community, then I can see how this would be a problem.
Don't keep moving people around.
