Lots to learn, and they will give you an opportunity to start working on real projects instead of "intern side projects."
Luck of the draw with managers and teams. Some teams have very involved managers, while some don't. Also, there can be bigger teams of interns assigned to a single manager, while some interns might be the only one on their team. It is very easy to become isolated there if you are the only intern on your team.
Make an effort to have bigger teams of interns work together as opposed to just one intern to one manager.
Applied on campus for the role. Started with an OT for qualification. Was followed by a technical interview. After that, there was an HR round. Then they told who got selected. Selected 15 out of 80 people.
Emailed by recruiter for a 1-hour personality interview. A follow-up call was a 1-hour Zoom technical/personality interview. The technical interview was 60% technical Java/OOP questions, 20% personality questions, and 20% time for me to ask questions
Round 1: Online Test - Aptitude + 2 Coding Questions (Basic + Medium) Round 2: Technical Interview (1 hour) Round 3: HR Interview (30 mins) Overall a good hiring process.
