Good work environment, a place to learn new skills.
Personally, I don't have any bad experiences with the company.
First HR round, all technical background checks. Then a 1-hour technical interview. Usually, 3 or 2 people are on the call. Written coding practice in an IDE. Many questions, a lot of OOP concept questions, Java coding, Python, and framework-related
Not giving a chance for a candidate to talk is very rude and a bad experience. If they know you don't know a topic, they will dig more around the same topic. They are looking for some memorized answers and their conduct of the interview is totally ve
The interview process is not stretched (usually two steps). The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed; the interviewer was well prepared. I received not only technical or behavioral questions but questions that checked my logic as well.
