Management keeps changing every year, so it adds difficulty for associates to keep changing their minds to understand and work with multiple managers for the same project. The HR group is always favorable to management and less employee friendly.
The senior leadership team performs extremely well and is very respectful. Project managers and directors have great functional skills, but they also require technical understanding during issues.
