Great place to learn finance tech, but low paying
You will get to learn a lot about finance. And it's not that hard to deal with work pressure; you will get time for your hobbies.
It's very hard to grow with only the work; you have to put in a lot of effort if you want to get promoted. Also, they pay very little in India, so you have to job hop to get a better salary.
Scrap the LEAP program, please. Instead of spending money on teaching for six months, increase the base pay and improve your standards for hiring college graduates.
