Pros
  1. Cab Facility
  2. Work Life Balance
Cons

If you don't want to get any work and want to spend your time playing T.T. etc. in the office and rust away so that there is no growth in life, Fidelity is the best place for you! The cafeteria food sucks, management sucks, and most of the colleagues are lazy people with no decision-making capabilities. They come to the office just to pass time. Half of my team used to read novels, watch videos, and play games in the office.
