Pros

Work/life balance was good.

Cons

Contractors were treated as second-class employees.

Management was quick to blame employees for issues not conveyed properly.

Scrum stories did not contain enough information to get started.

Unproductive scrum meetings, which could have been done via email, took up most of the day, leaving fewer hours to actually get work done.

It was difficult to get a hold of management to express concerns.
