I wish I'd chosen a different place to work
Paid my bills for a few years.
No opportunities for growth.
Politics everywhere.
Management actively blocks promotion/advancement opportunities.
Mega sexism.
HR does nothing.
Pay is not even close to industry standard.
Benefits are advertised but impossible to actually collect when you want to utilize them.
They have straight up said that although nobody agrees with the RTO policy, we are doing this anyways.
