Good pay, great benefits, and most of the people there are good people. The CEO really does care about everyone within the company. She takes a vested interest in her employees. I have nothing but respect for Abby.
I say most because there are some people who love to play office politics and make life hell for the rest of their coworkers.
There were times where I would get frustrated with the politics and eventually just decided to quit. It's not worth sacrificing my mental health over.
Get managers who know what the work being assigned to the people under them is. Know what they are doing and stop blaming them for what their teams decide is a priority and is not a priority. If you do have a concern, bring it to the team, as a manager's word has more weight.
