The benefits are good; that is, after all, a major product offered by the company. This is a respectable company and a leader in the industry.
Work-life balance is non-existent in the support software support role. The office culture is fairly hostile to change or improvements. Constructive criticism is a foreign concept; conform or be ostracized is the unfortunate successful path. The job role and responsibilities continually expand while the workforce shrinks.
The environment needs to have standards in place and enforced.
