Fidelity Investments

This was my first interview ever, and I'd say it was pretty easy. It was on HireVue, so you just recorded yourself answering the questions. It was also completely behavioral, and they gave you practice questions.

Process: There is a Resume Drop, the virtual HireVue, a live Phone Screening, and a live Technical Interview with an employee from Fidelity. Overall, pretty seamless, but it takes time (maybe 1 month total).

There were some easy coding questions in the first interview. Successive interviews were purely behavioral and very relaxed. Overall, it was not technical at all, and the recruiter basically gave advice on the best way to pass the interview.
