Great Project, Slow Start
- Welcoming work environment.
- Flexible hours and ability to work from home (I usually did less than 10% of my hours from home though).
- The project I worked on was interesting and engaging.
- On-site cafeteria.
- Good pay.
Sometimes it was a bit slow. There wasn't much to do during the first week.
It took about a week for all the permissions and software I needed on my laptop to get approved. I think most of this could have been done in advance before I started.

The interview process went very well! I received a text message from a recruiter, and we scheduled a phone interview. During the phone interview, they told me I advanced to the second round, which would take place over Zoom with a Fidelity Engineer.
