Great onboarding process with employees who clearly cared about the intern's experience. Additionally, great teammates who were very helpful in my development as a software engineer.
Since Fidelity has so many diverse products, sifting through documentation to find relevant information was challenging at times.

SWE Intern
It was super easy, just Java classes and a few SQL queries. Just study up on the email they give you about what to prepare for, and you will do completely fine.
Director Engineering
Initial interview. Great for the first part, but less so as the interview progressed. Cards held very close to the interviewers' chest. Also, for the role being requested, I felt that they might not have been senior enough.

The interviewer was the Product Director from the Quantitative Development department. The role focuses on Generative AI, leaning heavily toward the intersection of technology and product. The interview went exceptionally well overall. The interview
