Work culture, WLB, nice people, nice interns, cool campus.
They give you fake projects.
The overall interview process took about 4 months from application to final offer. Overall, not too bad. Two interviews total, with one being a technical assessment and the other being a behavioral.
Very basic, standard interview process. Phone screen to final round, which is mostly just behavioral and resume deep dive. Asks OOP, tech stack questions, SDLC, "tell me about a time," etc.
Questions about prior experience and basic object-oriented programming questions. Phone call with a recruiter and then an interview with a senior engineer. The process took about three weeks. Good experience, would recommend.
