Terrible experience.
The recruiter reached out to me several times, expressing interest. I shared my LinkedIn profile and sent my resume.
They did not have my resume before the initial call, believing I hadn't sent it. They went into the interview blind, asking questions about me without prior preparation. They then drew incorrect conclusions about my experience, despite my being highly skilled and a great match for the role.
