The initial HR call focused on past experience and motivation for joining Figma.

The phone screen involved a multi-part coding question. While not explicitly LeetCode, it presented similar challenges. The difficulty stemmed less from complex algorithms and more from deciphering problem statements embedded within Figma's context, often involving extensive descriptions.

It appears progression to the next stage, a discussion with the Hiring Manager, requires successful completion of multiple parts of this coding assessment.

Unfortunately, I did not advance to the next round. However, all my interactions were with extremely kind individuals who seemed like a pleasure to work with. I'll try again next time!

Review arrays on LeetCode and focus on fast implementation/execution, like being able to write code very quickly.
