If I had to choose one word to describe my interview experience at Figma, it would be "condescending". From the engineers to senior leadership, all of my interviewers (save one of the three engineers) were discourteous.
I don't much appreciate having my experience at a job discredited because of factors beyond my control, irrespective of how much effort I put into trying to fix the problems. It's why I left, but that fell on deaf ears.
Even if I'd gotten an offer, I would have declined. I have no interest in working with people who believe they're the smartest person in the room.
Figma had me sign an NDA, which precludes me from providing this information here.
