Good team and good benefits. Interesting work, so overall I can't complain.
Some managers are too difficult to work with, and they definitely have favorites. The company is also too large, and there are so many silos that it's difficult to get anything meaningful done. They don't really ship fast.
Unblock teams so they ship, versus just collecting a salary.
