The team is really supportive. People care about creating a warm, inclusive culture, and I've learned a ton from my coworkers here.
We have a mature approach to engineering. We work hard to build stable, well-planned software. This lets us go home at a reasonable hour and not constantly battle fires.
Because of our size, many product decisions fall on individual engineers and designers. This is healthy in the sense that it gives you a sense of impact, but it also means that you have to be good at handling ambiguity in your day-to-day work.
You've been really open about your business planning so far. It's going to be harder as we keep growing, and we should try really hard to keep that.
