The job is not family friendly. You should expect to work over twelve hours a day every single day plus some weekends. There is a huge bias toward some people who are CEO’s favorite. The CEO keeps giving promises to employees for stock buyback and gives weird valuation speculations but no employee was able gain a single penny from the stock. The plans change every day and there is no job security. They suddenly decide to eliminate some positions without any notice. I wouldn’t recommend Figure to anyone.
Stop spreading your speculations as facts to everyone.
