The job is not family-friendly. You should expect to work over twelve hours a day, every single day, plus some weekends. There is a huge bias toward some people who are the CEO's favorites. The CEO keeps giving promises to employees for stock buybacks and gives weird valuation speculations, but no employee has been able to gain a single penny from the stock. The plans change every day, and there is no job security. They suddenly decide to eliminate some positions without any notice. I wouldn’t recommend Figure to anyone.
Stop spreading your speculations as facts to everyone.
