It is a fascinating industry space with no shortage of complex technical and business challenges. There are exceptionally strong, talented colleagues across engineering and product, along with a solid, supportive leadership team.
Execution velocity can be sluggish at times. Processes and decision-making could be streamlined to help teams ship faster. WLB could be better.
