Good salary. Good location. Great people.
When I joined this company, I was initially very excited about the product and the challenges I had. However, I quickly changed my mind as I discovered the darker aspects of this company culture. I was very disappointed to discover an environment of deep mistrust and nastiness.
- Messy and poor management
- Stressful environment
- No internal employee improvement
- Doesn't listen to employee personal requests
- Lack of transparency
- Micromanagement, false promises
There are some nice people who still work here, but most of them will not stay for long. Management is disinterested in the personal growth and well-being of their staff.
Be more kind and honest. Take care of personal growth for your employees.
