One short call with HR that didn't seem to have a clear purpose.
The follow-up interview was an actual interview via Zoom. It went well, as far as I could tell. I wasn't asked any overly technical questions, and I assumed this was their way to ease me into the process, or maybe I'd get a home task.
That wasn't the case. They emailed me a few days later, saying I wasn't a good match due to my experience.
I don't agree with that, since I wasn't given the chance to show my technical knowledge, and on paper, I exceed their requirements.
Q: Describe a project you worked on.
