Great company for personal growth
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee
May 24, 2025
Pros: Developers have a freedom of choice in terms of technical decisions, which comes with a responsibility. Still, if you're responsible enough, this is an awesome opportunity to grow and learn from highly skilled teammates.
The system is robust, and one can learn a lot here, even from an infrastructure point of view.
Cons: Because the system is highly distributed, a significant amount of inter-team communication is often required, which can slow down the process if the other teams are under pressure to meet their deadlines.
