The interview process is relatively long, taking 6 rounds with different people.
- Prescreening
- Screening
- Two technical interviews
- One behavioral interview
- Final interview with reference check
The feedback cycle is long, so the time between interviews could take a week, which results in an overall process lasting a month.
I suggest combining the prescreening and screening. Do one technical interview instead, perhaps on the next day, as there are many overlapping topics.
