Process
The first interview was with a TL. It included a code question and a design question. They were very nice, and it went great.
The second interview was with the group manager. She was very nice, and we talked about my CV and a project from my current role, with no technical questions.
Then, I was notified that I failed the architecture test, even though I have never taken an architecture test.
