According to me, the main con is the client money. Sometimes they pay very low for big, complex projects, and it can damage freelancer profiles.

Software Engineer
The interview process was pretty much self-explanatory. You don't have much to do other than take a basic English language test to pass your gig. Other than that, everything was fine.

First, the interviewer gave some info about the company, then asked me to tell about myself. The technical part had two questions: Question 1: Develop a power set algorithm. Question 2: Design and implement an LRU cache data structure.
