According to me, the main con is the client money. Sometimes they pay very low for big, complex projects, and it can damage freelancer profiles.

Software Engineer
The interview process was pretty much self-explanatory. You don't have much to do other than take a basic English language test to pass your gig. Other than that, everything was fine.
Student Software Developer
I had a one-hour code test, followed by two one-on-one interviews with the team manager. All of this happened on the same day. If you pass all three stages, you will need to wait for a phone call.
Senior Full Stack Developer
First, I had a phone call from HR, and then I scheduled a coding interview with another programmer. The interviewer was nice and gave me a good feeling. At the end, he told me about the company and gave me time for questions.
