• WLB is not great: unpaid frequent on-calls, demanding managers who stress their employees all the time, even when there is not a good reason to do so.
• The direction of the company and the management is very unclear: random and unexplained decisions are being made without any consideration of the employees, which makes us feel like we're in the military.
• The management has decided on 4 days in the office, without any consideration whatsoever.
• The TC is not good, considering how hard people work in this company.

When you're making dramatic changes, give the workers some kind of notice instead of enforcing it right away.
