At first, I applied online for a Senior Software Engineer position. The recruiter reached out to me regarding my availability. I provided my availability.

As soon as I joined the call, the recruiter also joined. Immediately after one minute, he was dropped from the call. Then I sent follow-up emails, as I had no clue what was going on. I waited for 40 minutes, then I also left the meeting.

He replied later that day that his laptop had restarted. He didn't even bother to give me a call to inform me that he was facing some issues with the laptop. Then, he again asked for another availability. I had provided my availability (three different slots).

Till now, I have had no update from the recruiter. Because of this, I had to reschedule another interview. Such a waste of time! Please don't ruin job seekers' hopes and time.

No questions and no interview at all.
