Pros: There are many advantages to working at Fivetran. They are: * There is an open work culture; anyone can pick any issue or task depending on their expertise or interest. No one is forced to do anything specific. The senior management believes it's better for everyone to self-assign tasks. * The Indian team works alongside the U.S. team. Everyone works directly on common issues and tasks, with equal work opportunities. The Indian team is not restricted to a particular set of tasks or domain. * Everyone in the company is accessible. There is a common Slack channel and mailing list, and you can directly approach even the co-founders, with no restrictions or communication barriers. * Great-minded people are around; everyone is experienced and has their own expertise. * Complete transparency exists. There is a common weekly meeting between the Indian and U.S. teams, and all sales and revenue stats are accessible to each and every employee. I have never seen this level of transparency anywhere before. * All the latest technologies and tools are being used. It is way above the Indian standards and provides good learning opportunities for Indian developers. * Everyone gets a new MacBook Pro, and they can ask for any resources to increase their productivity. * The office is full of technical and non-technical resources. The company is financially very stable, and it is clearly visible. * There are flexible working hours, and it's a 5-day work week. * Paid vacation is offered to ensure work-life balance. * Free snacks and drinks are always available in the office. * Occasional weekend trips and lunch/dinner outings are organized to prevent boredom.

Cons: No cons encountered so far. Everything is great, and I'm really happy with my decision to work here.

Pros: Great people, lots of mentorship, extremely fun annual trips with the company, flexible work schedule, great time-off policy, and lots of interesting engineering problems.

Cons: It's a little noisy outside the Oakland office. That's about it.
