Process
The interview process consisted of the following steps:
- 1-hour HackerRank test.
- 2-hour video conferencing interview covering current work, CS basics, algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving.
- 2-hour video conferencing interview with HackerRank problem-solving.
- 30-minute discussion with HR.
- Offer discussion.
It was a very smooth experience. In the end, I spoke with the head of the India Development Center, who explained everything and extended a very generous offer.

Pros: They work with good technology, and the product is good for beginners.
Cons: All the positive reviews are fake; they are there to trick talented people into getting interviewed.
HR discriminates people based on their ethnicity and region.
Extremely bad place to be in.
No work-life balance.
They interview people just for timepass. Half the time is wasted in taking interviews.
