Nothing I could think of.
They try to hire the best developers in the industry and convince them to join the company with a below-standard salary hike, feigning they don't have the budget. They lure the best talents to join the organization by saying things like the work will be the best in the industry with the best work-life balance. But you get to know that everything they promised was a lie when you join the organization.
- Don't lie while hiring people.
- Don't hire people you don't deserve.
