I have spent about a year and a half and have seen an amazing people-centric culture! Glad to be part of it.
The product is amazing and has scope for lots of growth and innovation. Great learning curve and a motivating work environment. Great work culture and excellent work-life balance. Very good guidance from the managers, and everyone in the team is so approachable. Very approachable and helpful HR team and an awesome recruitment team. Management is so transparent with any decision that they take.
Nothing that's worthwhile to mention here.
There were 4 rounds of interviews: * **HackerRank Test:** You can easily crack it if you practice for a month on HackerRank. (Difficulty: Easy) * **Technical F2F:** General discussion, Data Structures, Algorithms, and code pairs on HackerRank. (
I was referred by one of the current Fivetran employees. The interview process took 4 rounds and the final background check. * Introductory talk with a hiring manager. * Coding interview on HackerRank. * System design interview. * Behaviora
Four interviews were conducted: two coding, one architecture, and one behavioral. The tasks were not very difficult, but not easy either. All interviews were conducted in a friendly manner, and there was sufficient time to solve all tasks.
