Management needs to better the policies
The culture was good. Team change is pretty common and can help us get out of boredom.
The management is getting a bit distracted and does not know what they exactly want from us. Also, the work has increased many folds in the past six months. They are not increasing the workforce but increasing pressure on existing employees.
