Upfront HackerRank for screening, one general live coding screening, and then 4-5 rounds of comprehensive interviews, including behavioral and live coding. Interviewers are nice, but you need to be extra careful of what they are saying during the interview. They express their opinions in a distorted way that makes you think it's fine to explore a bit, but they already have their opinion settled if you don't understand their very subtle hints. In my case, somehow they deemed one of my live coding sessions incomplete in the feedback, which I totally disagree with. They could have just said that in the interview so I could have sped up.

The vast, vast majority of people I have encountered here seem to embody genuine kindness, which is hard to find in the workplace due to inherent bureaucracy and work politics.Cons: The working hours are more demanding than your average start-up (~10 hours a day) but I think that is normal for high performing young companies that are scrappy and trying to prove the resilience of their business model. Also, SO many delicious sweets around the office so difficult to eat healthy (first world problems...), but also many great fruits available.
