Overall, a great interview process that demonstrated how much the company cares about recruiting.
I applied online for one position, went through two Skype interviews, and then had an onsite.
In the onsite, I talked with about five pairs of people in a diverse set of roles (including the co-founder). Questions ranged from whiteboard problems to thoughts on the health-tech landscape.
After the interview, I was told they thought I'd be a better fit for another role, so I then returned for an onsite to interview with that team.
I ultimately accepted their offer.
All in all, I think the interview process was thorough, fair, and enjoyable.
What is a mistake I've made, and how would I approach things differently?
