Initially, there was a phone call with an engineer. There were one to two technical questions and a lot more opportunity to get to know about the company and the role. This was about an hour.
I went on-site next, where there were approximately four technical interviews focusing on algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming. This was about six hours.
A few days later, I was invited back for the 'reverse interview,' where I got to ask all questions to four current employees (in two groups of two). This was a few hours, but it really depended on the number of questions I had.
I received an offer a few days later.
