Great company culture!
The company has been flexible since my first day. Flatiron is changing to a more remote-friendly company after the pandemic and caters to employee needs. The company also has a strong engineering culture that cares about the needs of the engineers. Everyone working towards the same goal of learning from every cancer patient gives a sense of community and mission.
There can be some bureaucracy across the organization, and many systems and processes may have no ownership, which can slow productivity. It's improving at the moment.
