Young teams with a focus on culture

Cons

Experienced candidates, be careful of accepting a position below your expectation. They will say anything to get you in, including that your career will be fast-tracked. That’s not true at all.

Most managers are inexperienced and promoted from within, therefore they are inherently biased towards current employees.

Post acquisition, some teams have lost the appetite for taking risks.

Advice to Management

Be honest about the hiring process and aim to be best in class by challenging teams.
