Pros

There are great people that work here who are serious about the company's mission.

Cons

The higher-ups and managers are not good. Don’t trust managers and don’t trust upper management here.

Before I left, I was put on a PIP and told I needed to meet expectations by the end of the PIP. Towards the end, it was extended an extra month because expectations were not set properly, and I just needed to show that I was working at my current level.

Towards the end of that next month, I asked my manager how I was doing (if I’d make it), and he said yes as long as I got my tickets in. The very next day, he was telling me I would not make it due to “not showing enough spikes into the next level.” I asked him why, because I was told I only needed to show my current level. He said there was some miscommunication with upper management.

I spoke with upper management about this miscommunication, and they all said they’d get back to me, but no one did. The very next day, I was terminated.

Advice to Management

Be better.
