Pros

Unlimited time-off vacation available.

Cons

Upper leadership is absolutely underqualified to run the company. They had started an RCM division that was run into the ground and sold off.

Promotions, hiring, raises, and bonuses are clique-related.

Last year there were layoffs and now there are random firings. Managers are allowed to fire ad hoc and who they want.

You can have tons of documentation backing your stance and against the manager of your team. HR does not care.

Recently, all perks were taken away. It seems as though financially they are having issues.

Advice to Management

Find people in the Oncology world who can run a tech company of this size and get rid of top management.
