It's a great company, filled with good people, working towards an important mission. The company seems to make a genuine attempt at keeping employees happy and healthy, with catered lunches, a well-stocked snack closet, and more than a few parties.
No real cons with the company itself, from my perspective. Some may be uncomfortable with the rapid growth, but that's personal preference.
