Work on challenging problems. Engineering counterparts are great and very smart to work with. Free lunch and remote work are available.
Markets itself as a tech company, but everything internally is done manually.
Leadership is bad, and they are rude sometimes.
No one knows what is going on, and they blame each other.
Very low pay compared to the market. Will be down-leveled in interviews.
Sincere advice is: if you are an engineer, go to a company that makes software rather than coming here, where you will be doing IT work all day.
