Nightmarish experience with management
- A lot of ICs are genuinely kind and bright.
- Modern SaaS tooling.
Management at Flexport is borderline abusive.
Calls during late hours and PTO over non-urgent issues. Berating team members during calls. Bold-faced lies about promotions. Just an overall lack of empathy in regards to work-life balance.
Oh, and pay is way-way below market. Please look elsewhere.
Hire good leaders.
Get rid of the bad ones ASAP.
