They were all conversational-based interviews rather than a Q&A style. The recruiter arranged them very well. I had a chance to meet the team in person. The recruiter interview and motivation interview focus on your motivation, interest in the trading industry, past experience, and stakeholder management. The tech interviews focus on your past project experience, knowledge of Spark, optimization, cloud, and system design.
