Process
The interviewers were really nice, but the recruiters took a long time to respond.
First round was a HackerRank assessment.
Second round was going over your background with two trade ops.
Third round was talking soft skills and going over what you know.
At the end, I got ghosted for two weeks after the interview just to get rejected for not having trade ops skills, even though at the very start I emphasized that I was a recent grad. Everyone was really nice, but it felt like they wasted my time.
