After making contact with a recruiter, I had a short call with her. Then, I proceeded to discuss my resume with two members of the trading operations team. I was asked to complete a take-home coding assignment. Upon completion, I was offered a final interview where I met with the US CTO and more members of the trading operations team to discuss the challenge.
